You are going to love our prices! Our one time enrollment fee is only $99 per family. Do you only want to sign up one member for now? No problem! We can add the others on when you're ready.
Our monthly membership fees are shown in the table below. Do you have more than 3 children under 18 years old? You're only charged the monthly fee for the first 3 dependents, after that, dependents under 18 are just $1 per person per month.
Our additional charges for sutures (stitches), skin biopsies, toenail removals, and more are extremely affordable. We also offer our members wholesale pricing on medications, labs and imaging!
